How to troubleshoot a brushless motor that exhibits jitter, abnormal noise, or fails to start?

Time:2025-10-14Views:5

1. Check the power supply
  - Ensure that the power supply for the Campani brushless motor is stable and meets the specifications. Check for damaged or loose power cables and make sure the power voltage and frequency match the motor's requirements.

2. Check the motor wiring
  - Confirm that the motor wiring is correct. Incorrect wiring can cause unstable motor operation, abnormal noise, or failure to start. Refer to the wiring diagram and instructions provided by Campani for verification.

3. Check the motor encoder
  - Campani brushless motors are typically equipped with encoders to improve control accuracy. Check if the encoder is damaged or misaligned with the motor shaft. If there are issues, replace the encoder or reposition it as needed.

4. Check the motor bearings
  - Worn or damaged bearings can cause unstable motor operation and abnormal noise. Inspect the bearing condition of the Campani motor and replace the bearings if necessary.

5. Check the motor control board
  - A faulty control board can cause the motor to fail to start or operate unstable. Inspect the connections and components of the Campani motor control board. If there are issues, replace the control board or repair the faulty components.

6. Check the motor load
  - Excessive or mismatched loads can cause the motor to fail to start or operate unstable. Check the load driven by the Campani motor and ensure it is within the motor's rated range.

7. Check the motor temperature
  - Overheating can cause the motor to fail to start or operate unstable. Check the temperature of the Campani motor and, if necessary, add cooling measures or reduce the load.

8. Contact Campani technical support
  - If the above steps do not resolve the issue, contact the Campani technical support team. They can provide professional technical support and solutions to help you resolve the motor issue.
