Simply schedule a pickup, and our couriers will collect your parcels directly from the seller's address, your factory, your home, or your office — anywhere in mainland China.
How Pickup Works
- Submit a pickup request through your online dashboard or via our customer service
- Provide the pickup address, contact name, phone number, and package details
- Choose your preferred pickup date and time window
- Our courier arrives at the scheduled time to collect your parcels
- Packages are transported to our warehouse for inspection and processing
- You receive a confirmation notification with photos once the package arrives

- Guangzhou & Shenzhen — Same-day or next-day pickup available
- Yiwu & Hangzhou — 1-2 business day pickup
- Shanghai & Beijing — 1-2 business day pickup
- Other cities — 2-3 business day pickup via our partner network
- Coverage extends to all major cities and most rural areas in mainland China

Pricing
Pickup fees vary by location and distance from our warehouses. Guangzhou city pickups start at ¥10 per visit. Other cities range from ¥15–¥50. Pickup fees are waived for shipments exceeding ¥500 in total shipping cost.
