1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Haodao International Express website (www.haodao.com) and our shipping services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
2. Services Description
Haodao International Express provides international parcel consolidation, express shipping, warehousing, customs clearance, door-to-door pickup, and shipping insurance services from China to destinations worldwide. Our services are subject to availability and may vary by destination country.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
4. Shipping Services
4.1 Package Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse any package that contains prohibited items, exceeds weight/size limits, or is improperly packaged. A list of prohibited items is available upon request.
4.2 Prohibited Items
- Illegal substances, weapons, and explosives
- Hazardous materials (flammable, corrosive, radioactive)
- Perishable goods requiring refrigeration
- Live animals and plants (subject to country-specific regulations)
- Counterfeit goods and intellectual property infringing items
- Currency, precious stones, and valuable jewelry exceeding declared limits
4.3 Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by such circumstances.
4.4 Customs and Duties
The shipper (customer) is responsible for accurately declaring the contents and value of all shipments. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise arranged. We provide customs clearance assistance but cannot guarantee clearance for all items.
5. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are quoted in Chinese Yuan (¥) unless otherwise stated
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
- Payment is required before shipment dispatch
- We accept major credit cards, Alipay, WeChat Pay, and bank transfers
- Fuel surcharges and other carrier fees may apply
6. Warehousing
Free storage is provided for up to 30 days from the date of package receipt. After 30 days, a storage fee of ¥2 per package per day applies. Packages stored for more than 90 days without communication may be disposed of or donated.
7. Insurance and Liability
- Basic insurance coverage up to ¥500/$100 is included with all shipments
- Additional insurance can be purchased for higher-value shipments
- Claims must be filed within 15 days of delivery or expected delivery date
- Our maximum liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment or the insurance coverage amount, whichever is lower
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Haodao International Express and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haodao International Express shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Haodao International Express from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts in Guangzhou, China, and governed by Chinese law.
12. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
