Tracking is updated at each major scan point: warehouse receipt, consolidation, dispatch, arrival, customs clearance, and delivery. Updates typically appear within 2–4 hours of each event.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear during peak periods. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 3 days, please contact our support team.
