Shipping Options
- Express (7–10 days) — ¥210+ per kg via DHL/TNT. Priority delivery with guaranteed transit time to major European cities.
- Standard (10–13 days) — ¥145+ per kg. Best value for most European destinations with full tracking.
- Economy (13–15 days) — ¥105+ per kg. Budget-friendly option for less urgent shipments.
EU Customs Information
- Goods under €150 are duty-free (but VAT still applies)
- VAT rates vary by country (19–27%) and is collected at point of sale via IOSS for e-commerce
- We handle all EU customs declarations and ensure compliance with EU import regulations
- CE marking required for certain product categories (electronics, toys, machinery)
- Average customs clearance time: 1–3 business days
